Spent Christmas at a lovely private property near Dubrovnik. The rooms were well taken care of and comfortable, with air conditioning that worked well. The property was situated in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing. The staff were welcoming and helpful, providing us with recommendations for exploring the nearby bays. The property was also just a short walk from the beach and local shops and restaurants, making it an ideal location.
The kitchen was small and lacked an oven and air cleaner, causing smoke to fill the room while cooking. The limited bus schedule to Dubrovnik was also inconvenient, making it difficult to explore the area without a car. Additionally, optional breakfast would have been a nice touch to add to the amenities offered.

The air conditioning in the room worked really well, which was important since it was so hot outside. The bathroom had been recently updated and was very clean. The location was great because it was close to the places I needed to go for my business meetings.
The breakfast options were extremely limited and not very appetizing. The staff wasn't very helpful when I asked for suggestions of where to eat nearby either.
